Protect your account and keep each workspace separate.
Two-step verification
In Account settings, confirm your password and set up an authenticator. Scan the QR code, enter a six-digit code and keep your one-use recovery codes somewhere safe.
Passwords and sessions
Passwords need at least twelve characters. Sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies. Password changes revoke existing sessions; resets still require a second factor when enabled.
Workspace isolation
The server checks workspace and shop access on every request. Customer, order, stock and uploaded-media access remains scoped to authorized shops.
Privacy and search
Dashboard, sign-in and customer account pages are excluded from search indexing. Never share private invitation links or customer order links publicly.
