Order and payment status
Order progress and payment status are separate. Follow pending, confirmed, ready and completed orders. Stripe payments are verified on the server; returning from checkout alone never marks an order paid.
Inventory
Admins and storage staff can track stock and low-stock thresholds. Orders reserve tracked stock; canceling restores its reservation. Product options share the product stock, not independent variant stock.
Customers and messages
Manage customer contacts, private notes, tags and order history. Exchange messages from an order. Your own messages appear on the right; received messages appear on the left.
Notifications
Enable browser alerts from the bell and allow your browser permission. Background delivery also depends on device notification settings. Shop settings can connect separate Telegram bots for orders and the kitchen.
